I bought the tinsel and the tool for application. The package arrived damaged and since the items were just in a plastic bag, the tool snapped andy the tinsels were a mess. I contacted the seller directly and she said “Omg that order got destroyed” and that I could file a claim “on route.” When I asked her for clarification on what that meant, she did not reply. That was on 3/23, and now I’m left with a disappointed daughter, garbage, and am short the $ I spent on this.

After you purchase an item on Jane, you also receive an email with your Route protection number that you keep on hand in the event of lost/stolen or damaged items. Showed several for $8.50 where in reality you get 1. No where in pictures or description does it tell you quantity. Ridiculous price for “1”. Imo

I am sorry for the confusion on this. The $8.50 did include the $3.59 shipping that we paid on our end. Shipping is very high - so items that include free shipping tend to be priced a tad higher. We offered you a full refund though - and we hope you try us again in the future and have a better experience! Thanks!
