They sent the wrong earrings! They look cheap and the owner should stick to teaching and close her boutique! Bad customer service. She would not allow me to send them back “due to covid”.

BOHOROSE takes pride in customer service & ensuring all customers are left happy. In this case we sent the correct earrings out to the buyer - but they wanted to exchange them for another pair they enjoyed more. Unfortunately, yes due to Covid/hygienic purposes we cannot process exchanges on earrings at this time.
