I just got this and the zipper is already broken. I was hoping they would replace it.

This is my first insulated tumbler, and I LOVE IT. It actually does keep liquids cold for a very long time, and for some reason, I drink way more water when it's out of this thing. The white marble is gorgeous and looks nice on my desk while keeping me hydrated.

I really like most things about this bag. It's big and has more than enough pockets for organization. I really love how soft it feels! The gray is darker than the picture implies. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the main opening. It is a narrow opening, especially given the size of the bag, so bigger items may be hard to get in and out despite there being plenty of room in the bag to hold them. Another note: there was a yucky smell when I received this. I hung it on a doorknob on the back of a door, where it actually remained for a couple of weeks. When I finally went to use it, the smell was still there. I ended up spraying the inside with a linen spray and that did the trick.
