I like the bag, I ordered it in black, I got the white one, I wont use the white one. I contacted the seller, they offered to exchange it, the time frame was so short, I was not able to exchange. I had shoulder surgery so obviously I couldnt take care of it. I think I will have to gift it to my daughter for her birthday.

I love this bag! It's outer fabrication is really nice along with the option to snap it into a smaller design. My only recommendation to the designer of this cute bag, is to use nicer quality lining- as it's a bit crunchy and cheap BUT overall, I would recommend this over and over. Got a lot of nice compliments on it!

Had a new smell nothing terrible like the other reviews said. It's the perfect size. Not to big and not to small. Like a larger medium bag. grey color looks different from the picture more of a brown color that was the only thing I didn't like.
