Stacked Stones Statement Necklace by Modern ... Sent an Email to Seller & support@jane.com. Modern & Chic Boutique responded very quickly to my email/pictures that I received dyed stones. Not natural stones as advertised. Basically the necklaces are heavy stones, the turquoise is probably dyed howlite because it's very heavy. The seller said the stones were natural and that I can return if I want but did not provide her return information. Waiting on response to email I sent that says I want to return necklace but they neglected to include return address in email response to my complaint. Giving one star because shipping was expensive and I am eating that cost plus cost to ship back! If they had said Dyed Howlite or Faux Turquoise I could have purchase based on facts. I've ordered druzy/semi-precious stones bracelets from Modern Chic Boutique and Love them! I know for next time!

Received the necklace with a broken clasp however customer service at Modern and Chic Boutique replied immediately to my inquiry and sent a new necklace. AMAZING customer service!

I didn't realize earrings were to come with it as well, so that was a surprise. I love the color--grapefruit. It's exactly what I wanted.

The bangles are great and very pretty! I have smaller wrists so they may not work for someone with larger wrists. The hair tie does occasionally come off but that typically only happens when the hair tie is a bit more stretched out or something pushes on it to make it fall off the groove. I dealt with their customer service when only half of my order arrived. They were very friendly and immediately sent me the rest of my order.
