The watch strap will not stay in the clasp

Scarf is nice. Had a weird smell had to let hang in the open then ran it in the dryer with damp towels and dryer sheet to finally get smell to go away.
The specific one I purchased is a piece of crap...the jewels are “ok”, but the chain won’t stop twisting and is so scratchy and flimsy...garbage.
Bought 2 both were broken when I received them. VERY poor quality
I'm really happy with this purchase. I bought it in white and I'm really hoping the turquoise comes back in stock so that I can purchase that also!
