color was not attractive at all, looked very plastic
zippers don't zip smoothly

Love this bag! I used this as my carry on bag for our last trip- and will use it as a diaper backpack soon. My husband even carried it around when we went on a hike. It’s cute, functional, and not bulky when it’s stuffed with snacks and my e reader.

I ordered the cream colored bag but the bag I received is more of a medium tan color. Not really what I was expecting, but I’ll likely keep what I got.

I absolutely love this bag! Only reason I am not giving it a 5 ⭐ is I would have liked to have seen a big inside zipper compartment. Other than that, this bag is already my new favorite! The color is exactly what is pictured (I've found this to be not so true in other items) this was huge for me.
