Ordered 4 necklaces and 3 arrived with stones that had fallen out. All 4 necklaces were crammed into a super small mailer. I was 3 days late in communication to them and they did nothing to even try to rectify! I understand I was 3 days late but when you have defective merchandise I would think you would do something to make it right. Buyer beware!!!
