Bigger than I expected

Love it this is my second one.. best purse ever
Haven't had this backpack very long and the zipper in the front pocket has already come off. The bottom seem has come unstitched and the zipper has tried to come off a couple times. Today, it fell off altogether. Love the backpack itself, but the zippers aren't the best quality it would seem.
Has a smell I don't like but I'm letting it air out.
