One of the straps broke and I contacted the company they asked for a picture to replace it... I sent it and never heard back, I reached out again and then they said they would help if I sent in a picture. I told them I already did! so far not a good company to deal with! I wanted a replacement now I just want a refund.

I love these sandals! I got the mint color, they fit great, and are so cute. They run a bit large which seems fairly normal for this type of shoe.
