Cheap product and awful customer service. Wore one day and by lunch the teasel had came all apart from the necklace. Emailed on Saturday and now it’s Thursday and still not reply back. Will not order from this vendor again.

Arrived broken
Was cute but had no clasp so was a struggle to get on and off over my head because it’s not very long, probably about 20”.

Ordered 3 necklaces. 1 was fine, 1 had a chipped stone, and the 3rd had 2 stones completely smashed. Packaging was not appropriate to protect 3 heavy stone necklaces. Seller is sending replacement necklace, but I am worried it will also arrive broken if they did not change packaging. Happy to update rating and review once unbroken necklace is received. Received replacement necklace and it was not broken. Packaging still was not appropriate for product. I just got lucky this time. Happy with product though! Beautiful necklaces and great color options.
