First thing is the shipping with this item was awful, apparently the company ran into some issue and it was delayed several weeks. I do want to however state that Jane, and the boutique made things right. At first the costumer service from boutique was somewhat wish washy but after receiving a very sincere, apologetic email from the boutique, and now received the wrislet I have to think otherwise. They had issues and possibly beyond their control. It was nice to know they took time to go out of there way to show they did care. They have received a lot of back lash from this issue I believe and I would hate to see all the negative comments effect them if it was beyond their control. The wristlet is cute. Maybe not worth how much it cost, but it’s cute and I needed it for a gift. I’ll use it instead:)

I Ordered this item on July 2, and it hasn't shipped yet. I have contacted them several times and they tell me it will ship soon. They debited my account , I have asked for a full refund and I don't get any response now. I will not order again from this company.

Never received the item! Ordered 23 days ago!

Got this as a gift. Was supposed to ship by July 10th. It is July 22nd and order still says its processing.

Gorgeous extremely functional I am in love! My item was late being shipped but I emailed with the supplier and she was extremely help will be buying a second one for my mom!

Ordered over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered this clutch on July 2nd and unfortunately, I still have not received it as of July 23rd. I have reached out to the seller for status updates and received a different excuse each time. Now seller will not respond. BEWARE.

If I could give a 0 I would! ordered over 3 weeks ago received tracking that it shipped contacted the merchant because I still haven't received and then got an email that it wasn't going to ship till monday... now I'm confused as to where my package is???

I give this shop/item a one star right now because I purchased this item almost 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I contacted the shop owner and they stated they are working on getting orders out but I have still not seen updated shipping/tracking information on my item. Their advertisement states shipping will take place 3 days after order.

I haven’t got this yet! When I emailed the company they won’t even give me a estimate of when I will get it either!! They sure didn’t have a problem taking the money from my account though!!

I would like to say that I really like it BUT I have not received it yet after ordering it on July 1st and then receiving an email that it would ship by July 10th and I still don’t have it. I emailed the seller and they said somethings had come up but that they have received my order and are working on it but they still have not notified me letting me know that it had shipped so I am assuming that it has not. I ordered this in plenty of time to come in before vacation cause that is what I wanted it for but it looks like that will not happen. I received the email stating that they had received it a week ago and still have not heard anything.

The product has not been shipped.

Great buy

Size is too big, doesn't lay smoothly, elastic used is not sturdy. This kind will wear and break easily.
