I loves the size and look of the purse but unfortunately it began to rip just a couple of weeks after receiving it. I emailed to request a replacement or reimbursement. On 2/10 they responded they would send a replacement. As of 3/3, I still have not received the purse. I emailed again to see what’s happening and am Waiting to hear back from them.
