Seems well made! I love how it can convert from backpack to an over the shoulder bag. There is a deep outside pocket on the front a zipped pocket on the inside and a small pocket on the back, lots more room and storage then I thought! I gave four stars because the only concern I have is in the deep front pocket the hard ware from the clasp that keeps the flap shut is exposed so I will have to be careful when I reach into that pocket.
