Very poor communication regarding a return! Very poor customer service
Don't waste your money. Ordered from them a Keychain from my nephew and son for my mom for Christmas. They spelled my nephew's name wrong (not even a difficult name). I emailed them to fix it before Christmas. Never heard back. Emailed them again and they responded with a screen shot of the tracking number telling me it was delivered so they wouldn't do a refund. They didn't even read my email. I, of course, knew it was delivered, but took pics of my order with name spelled right and their product with the name spelled wrong. So now I'm out $20 and out a stocking stuffer (unless I want to give my mom a gift with her grandson's name spelled wrong). Cool product idea. Terrible company and customer service.
