I was so excited to receive this name necklace. Upon receiving it, one of my kids names was already broken by the clasp. In addition the actual clasp itself for the necklace was broken so I cannot use the item at all. What is even more bothersome is that I e contacted the seller 3 times and have had absolutely no response. Hate to leave a review for a small business but buyer beware!
