I received the necklace as ordered but with the wrong chain. The pictures showed a box chain and it came with a cheaper looking chain. I emailed the seller she apologized and said she could replace with the correct one. I never heard back and have tried 3 other times to contact the seller and heard nothing. It would be a great necklace if it had the right chain. Super disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered 2 and they both came in scratched up and not all of the excess pieces removed I emailed and got no response Not quality made!

This is one of my all time favorite necklaces I got my little boys name on it and everybody compliments me every time I wear it I hope it doesn't turn so I've been trying to keep it super clean All over a great purchase!!
