Product looks very cheap.

The chain looks very cheap and the disk itself is very large, about the size of a quarter. Not exactly what I expected.

Name was misspelled. Reached out to Jane.com and seller. Never received a correct piece. Was going to buy several more necklaces from this seller but I can not after them not making my order right!!!!

I received the personalized necklace that I ordered for my daughter for Christmas and the name is misspelled. I have emailed the seller twice and included a picture of their mistake but I still haven’t heard back from them. I now am having to go through Jane to try and get a refund. Waste of time and money.

The chain is beautiful but the script is difficult to read. I have contacted the seller so hopefully they can help resolve the issue. The name Serena looks 100% like Lorena.

Very cute! The only issue I have is that the clasp seems a bit cheap and I am afraid my daughter will be annoyed with how hard it is to get off.

This necklace snapped in the middle of my daughter’s name. Terrible customer service. They want me to pay for shipping the broken one back AND pay for a new one.
