Very pretty, adorable chain necklace. It was a gift for sis. The metal can be flexible, so handle delicately. I love it and I should have gotten one for myself!
I ordered an initial necklace and it was bent. I returned it so they could make me a new one and I’ve heard nothing. They won’t respond to my emails.
Nice but just wish they were thicker/stiffer. I'm worried that they will bend and break if I'm not very careful.

Looks great but it is incredibly flimsy. I have a 60+ lb dog and just trying to put this on his collar bent the name. I stopped trying and bent it flat again but now I feel like I wasted $16. Wish it was sturdier.
