One of my names were monogrammed on the hole! Also several names were monogrammed on the edge of the loop! Poor monogramming quality. Disappointed.

I was very unhappy with this product. The K in the monogram is not legible and the script is far from smooth. I emailed the company asking for a refund and stated that I would mail the necklace back, but have yet to receive a response. Do not order from them.
