Chain broke in a week!

Super cute! My only issue is that the heart doesnt glide on the chain easily, but yet it always manages to stay turned next to the clasp in the front. I'm constantly having to turn it around, but it's difficult since it doesn't glide. Updating my review, after 2 wears the chain broke.
