I received the necklace spelled wrong (even though the name was spelled correctly on the order) and after sending 2 emails within a month, I still have not had a reply to make it right. I am not impressed with this company's customer service, at all.

The instructions are confusing when placing the initials. Previous monogram orders are more specific. My order came in wrong and I have emailed multiple times. It doesn't appear they are willing to correct the item purchased. The item was beautiful but not correct.
