The only thing I’m unhappy about is I ordered a Chase from Paw Patrol for my son, his name has an I in it and they put a heart as the dot... pretty sure my little boy won’t be a fan of that

The picture is deceiving. I thought it was a pillow. So now I have to go find a pillow to fit this size case which will be difficult. I’m annoyed.

The cup I made for my son with Luke Skywalker came out perfect! He loves it and always asks to drink from it.

Turn around time is fairly quick for a personalized item like this. Is not a vinyl decal, the quality is outstanding. Bought this for my niece for Christmas and hoping to snag one for my nephew before they sell out, which they seem to do fairly quickly and frequently. I highly recommend for a fun, high quality gift.

Turn around time is long, but worth it. Bought this for a present for my niece's birthday this weekend and I am hopeful she will love it. So fun and the design options are great. If ordering for Christmas, give yourself enough time.
