I ordered three enamel cups and all arrived in an acceptable amount of time. They are very cute and looked like outstanding quality. However, I gave them as Easter gifts and one has already gotten a giant chip in the enamel on the inside of the cup. It didn’t even last a whole day. I’m going to have to recycle it now and my daughter is sad because she loved it! :(

I did not receive the image I selected. When I contacted the seller I never heard back from anyone. Poor customer service in my opinion!

These are cheap containers made in China. The picture put on the one I’ve ordered is flat and dull. If someone out there ordered one with a mermaid and the name Savannah and are wondering why they haven’t received it, it ended up being shipped to me... Go get a stainless steel tumbler at the Dollar Store if you need one, that’s all these are worth.

I received my order with incorrect personalization. I have contacted the seller but have not heard back. It’s disappointing to wait so long for a product, for it to be wrong.

Super disappointed with this purchase. The date and address that I submitted are incorrect on the mug. The image of the night sky is super blurry. When sitting back and looking at the mug it just looks like a giant black dot. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item. The mug quality seems to be ok. Still have not received an answer back and it’s been two weeks.

My girls love these mugs!! They drink out of them for every meal :)

A little smaller than I expected... but I have to say I didn’t read the measurements.
