Took a long time to ship, but well worth the wait. Looks just like our ceramic mugs but non-breakable!

My case was defective. I’m giving it two stars because I wrote the seller and was almost immediately replied to and told id get a replacement but it’s been almost two weeks and have yet to hear anything else, despite a follow up email.

The puzzles were adorable, I emailed customer service/this company ten minutes after ordering asking if I could change one of the elves. Never got even so much as a response. I ordered the beginning of November, my bad for not paying attention to the shipping date, but it didn’t even ship until Dec 2nd!! Way too late for this years elf in the shelf to return. It’s a cute product but would recommend ordering it unless you triple check everything yourself.

Love the quality. Took a little long to get but was worth it. Makes a great Christmas gift.
