Ordered: JUL 10, 2020, Today: AGU 09, 2020 I checked tracking and it says processing, the USPS has been a pain but a reply from the seller will work to at least know it's coming. Looking forward to this adorable cups, we already have 6 for my other kids

Never received my order of two shirts correctly. Received one shirt July 6th. It had the correct name but not picture. I sent an email showing what I received and still was missing a shirt. They eventually sent one correct shirt, but still haven't received one other shirt that I order 1 month later. I've sent multiple emails, regarding the order status and just want my money back.

I ordered said shipped July 7th tomorrow is August 1st still have not gotten it and they WILL NOT reply to my emails this company sucks!!!

Very cute mug! I ordered this as a graduation present for my niece. I think she is going to love it. It is great that it can be customized and personalized.

I emailed this company about 2 weeks ago because there was an issue with my order. They emailed me back 72 hours later, not 48 hours like their automated email states, to ask what image I received and I never heard back from them. I continued to email them to try and fix the problem, but they have yet to respond to any of my email (not even to say sorry they can’t help me).

Each of my girls got to pick out one of these as a reward and love it! The bottles keep their water cold too.
