I would give less than 1 star if I could. This product is terrible. I bought it for my grandson who is due in February. It is very tiny and when I went to stretch it to see if it would even fit a baby's head it tore the lettering and it all popped off because it's an iron on cut out. Do not wast your money on this. It's terrible
I'm sorry you're unhappy. I have sold many of these and had lots of happy customers. This hat fit both my preemie son who was 5.10 pounds and my friends daughter who was over 10 pounds. It's possible you stretched it too far.

Cute but very small, looked more doll size. Was a little embarrassed giving it to my friend but once her name was on it I didn't want to just waste it.
Do not like, cheap, would like to return and get my money plus postage returned.
I guess I was expecting that the hat would be heavier
