Super helpful for reducing any upcoming anxiety. I always struggle with anxious moments. I just attached it to my purse and use it when I walk around in public.

These are an odd size for me - too big, even with the tighteners on the ear loops. Also, nothing was included with the mask, like directions on how to make it cool or recommendations for washing. There's no tag on it even.
This works, but the cover comes off really easy while using.
My grands loved them.
