The initial pair of headphones I received wouldn't charge. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive in addressing the issue. We tried a few things to get them to work but had no luck. She immediately sent a new working pair. I was impressed with the seller's quick reply to my emails and desire to make sure I received a quality product. Currently enjoying my wireless headphones!

There is a gap right smack dab in the middle of the pillow cover where there are no sequins. But it's still a fantastic pillow cover
