After contacting seller, finally got a shipping update. Took 2 weeks longer than expected to receive, however I finally got it.
Your tracking was available the entire time through Jane. We explained this to you and showed you we shipped on time. It's Christmas and USPS can be slower than normal. Your order was delayed by USPS not by the seller. You can see this from your tracking number. Please don't blame the seller for a USPS mishap!
