Horrible! Don't do it! You can't return them. Impossible to put in hair. Seller was awful!
I am sorry that you found them impossible to put in your hair. They are quite easy once you get the hang of it. We've had hundreds of happy customers. :) Make sure you read the step by step instructions and follow as directed. As we explained in the email; you have used the product and this prevents us from accepting returns. We aren't awful....you, on the other hand did send us a very inappropriate reply when we explained our return policy doesn't include sending used beauty products back. -Bella's Bowtique

Such a great product! My husband plays and has a bar so loves these!
It literally cut off my whole eyebrow definitely won't recommend these to anyone...And the directions that they give you are in asian...Worst tool ever
It cut off your whole eyebrow? How is that even possible they are scissors and you are in control of them. Also the directions (for using scissors) are in English, we are looking at them right now! We can send you a photo of the back if you are unable to see that. We sure hope your week gets better.
Does not remove my mascara :(
