Love this product, but had a terrible experience with seller. Order shipped late- and seller was dishonest about shipping info and even was a bit rude with me when inquiring about order shipment. Will avoid this business in the future.
We are so happy you love the product!!! Yay!!! So sorry if any of our replies to your emails came across a bit rude. We were just having a hard time explaining that Sunday is a non-postal day and then tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. It didn't seem that you believed us so we tried to explain the best we could. That isn't being dishonest about shipping info that is just how USPS works which is unfortunately completely out of the seller's control. It looks like your order arrived super fast though. Yay! :)
Ice is not easy to get out. Item is LOTS smaller than what I thought.
