I ordered 2 and they are both damaged. One of them had the middle piece missing which exposed the ball bearings and the other one is so crunchy to spin, it comes to a stop after a few rotations. They were also supposed to ship a week ago. Terrible and disappointing.

I don't think this product works as well as people say. My foundation always ends up streaky after use.

Arrived 1 1/2 weeks late and because of this, I was unable to give as a gift to my daughter's teacher.

I have several complaints. 1 - it said seller "ships in 4 days". I ordered April 29 and they didn't ship until May 8 - 9 days later. 2 - one of the spinners was cracked when it arrived. I emailed seller with pictures. They said I need to send it back in order to get a refund. Are you freaking kidding me? Ship back a $9 item? 🙄
