Took awhile to arrive, but my kids like it.

Almost a month later and still no product or response from seller.

STILL HASNT SHIPPED! Order on the 28th of April and it is now May 17th. Seller is a phony

Ordered about a month ago. Emailed seller three times and intitially she responded right away, telling me there was some mishap with usps. A tracking number was created but the item was never mailed out. Contacted usps today and they told me the item still has not been received by them into their system. I have asked for a refund twice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELLER. This seller has multiple bad reviews and I'm not sure why Jane would allow them to continue "selling" to people.

It's been a month since I ordered. According to the tracking "info" I got I was supposed to have gotten it weeks ago. I will never order through this retailer again and Jane shouldn't allow them to even be on their site with this kind of customer service. Terrible.

This just makes me smile. I put Nessie in all sorts of things that one would not typically put a ladle.

Still have not received the item. Contacted seller last week and was apparently fed some lines bc there is still no tracking number or update or item. Missed being able to try on my wedding dress with it like planned.

I was given a tracking number and not able to track because it does not exist. I am disappointed because I wanted to give these as a gift and I have yet to receive.

Order placed April 28th. Shipping date says the May 7th and still haven't received it! E-mailed seller and still no response! I'd just like a refund if they aren't going to send!
