I received the wrong color. I reached out to Jane and was on hold for 10 minutes for chat and email was sent. 4 days later no response so now the deal has ended. They don’t have anymore and I don’t have what I ordered and Jane still sends an email 4 fails later how can I help?

Make sure you reach out directly to sellers if you ever need assistance. It's really unfair that we get a negative review because of a delay on Jane's end.
