I loved the bra and wish I could give it 5 starts, but I had read a few reviews concerning this seller and was so disappointed to see how they act towards customers who voiced concern. I own a business and never would I have my employees treat our customers like what I have read in their response to some of the review here on jane. Instead of the attitude and rude verbal comments you should help your customers out when they have problems or questions. I felt a lot of the remarks to the comments made the customers look stupid and that's IS NOT OK. Don't feed me the whole " we take customer service very serious" because your actions speak louder then words. Try to remember this next time for the sake of your business reputation. God bless
