It is ok but the label on the front it spelled incorrectly. It will serve its purpose though.
The way to label is presented is shown in multiple pictures, as well as confirmed in the description. Sorry you missed that in both places. It's very important to read descriptions before ordering.
These are really nice and will keep cords from becoming tangled. Happy with purchase.
I still have not received this case, even though the tracker said it was on its way to my house on August 16. It is still in the same place it was then and it is August 30!
We shipped the day you purchased as you can see by the tracking number provided. Shipped August 14th! There was a delay by USPS which is out of our control. Your package was delivered Sept 1st. We have tried to contact you several times but we have not gotten any replies. Here is the tracking number to show that we shipped the day you purchased on the 14th, and that the product was delivered to you on the 1st of Sept. Again delayed by USPS which is out of our control. The backpack strap completely ripped off after one week of being used. When I emailed the seller about the rip, I never received a response. I have sent another email in hopes to at least get a refund at this point. I would expect for $50, a higher quality backpack, as well as communication from the seller.
You've had the bag for a month and have admitted to using it. We replied immediately to this customer and asked for a photo for the strap. No reply was sent to us. She then contacted Jane asking for a refund. Jane asked for a photo too. One was finally sent and we agreed to refund her even though she has been using it for a month!! Also you did not pay $50 for this bag. It was $39.

I have a similar bag that I have loved. Here are the pros and cons Fabric, washable, cute semi durable, Great for around the town bag, Bag doesn't hold too well when it's completely full. Design: Love the accessible zipper in the back!!!!!!!!! One of the main reason why I purchased this bag. My other bag which is designed the exact same (minues the back zipper). The back zipper allows you to access inside your bag without taking it off. I strategically put my wallet by the zipper and when I need it, I can access it while holding my child and keeping my diaper bag on! Love the big size pockets and the built in set frame the top of the bag has. There is a great option to carry the bag like a backpack and a purse. Although the handles don't provide a lot of room for the arms to fit in :( This design has a buckle to snap the hand handles together, I don't think that is necessary because the top of the bag has a frame in it that helps keep it's shape. I wish there were more pockets on the inside; to hold butt paste, diaper powder, cellphone etc.... Price: I am a penny pincher, the price i think it a little high for the type of bag, but I obviously think it's not outrageously high. I would say it's reasonable. If the bag had more pockets I would say the price was right on! I would recommend, but know there are not a lot of inside pockets. I might purchase something on amazon to help me have more inside pockets for snacks and diaper stuff

Hi there! Oh no, we are so sorry to hear this. We are thinking you probably ordered too large of a size. We did have a size chart for your reference before ordering so you could measure the face being used for a perfect fit. I see you had ordered a Large/X-Large size. You probably needed to size down if water was getting in. When the face is measured correctly and the correct size is ordered these will not let any water in at all.
