Just as pictured. As others state- doesn't come with any directions-- a quick google search will get you the info you need.

I have contacted the supplier more than once on this..the day I received my silver necklace or was broken and the piece fell out of the bag and could not be found and the seller has not sent me a return shipping label or corrected the problem! The gold necklace was fine!

Sorry you didn't haven't luck. As far as being messy. It is black charcoal powder. With careful application it can be completely mess free. ;)
There isn't a huge instenc change, but there is a little. I have been mixing it in with my thoothpash eveyday and I'm starting to see the diffrence! It mayjsut be that my theath are really sained thought - great prouduct! There is no tast and it just feels like water once you start bushing.
Bought this for gag gift and friend loved it.
