The bottle opener bent and became unusable the first time I used it after it was delivered to me. I contacted the seller about a refund and sent pictures and then did not receive a response from the seller regarding the same.

I would like to take back the previous negative review. The seller realized there was an error and offered to send a replacement product. That seems like very good customer service to me. I hope I get the cord protectors eventually. I ordered these 17 days ago, and they have still not been mailed. I have no idea if the cord protector is a good product or not. However, I haven't heard a word from the seller and for that reason I would give the seller a poor review.
