The post office lost my order around Christmas time. So I contacted the seller and she sent another order out next day air through UPS and she kept me up to date! Amazing customer service!

Edited to add: I never heard back. So far these things do not work at all. I just plugged them in for the first time and I can hear a little bit of background music but I can't hear anything the people are saying. I can tell they are talking (and of course I can see that as well) but I can't make out a single word. I have tried adjusting them... will work on it some more but I don't have much hope. So disappointed as they are super cute. I've emailed them to see if I am doing something wrong. Will update if and when I hear back.

Didn’t come with any directions for use. But, I found a cute video on YouTube where a young girl demonstrated how to use them.
Said it was shipped a long time before it actually was. No instructions sent with product. Makes a mess. But I suppose it works well enough? Charged the day they said it a shopping label was made it shipped 3 weeks later.
