Cheap, cheap cheap
I bought two of these. One worked and one did not. So i assumed batteries were included. The packaging doesn’t include how to install batteries. I emailed the seller to get instructions. Ended up returning the one that didn’t work.
Didnt really notice a difference but have only used once. May need to keep using
Works excellent! My son always has poor check ups for not brushing well and he used this the night before and got an excellent report.
Easy to apply
I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She has them hanging in her room and they look fantastic. When we first received them a couple of clips were broken so I contacted them and they sent out a replacement set straight away. Fantastic customer service.

Took 17 days to ship. Disappointed. Ordered to take on a cruise and I leave in 2 days.
So, your order was damaged and returned by/from USPS. We notified you immediately and never got a reply. We then rush shipped you a replacement completely at our expense only then to get an email from you. I messaged you again about what transpired and still never got a reply. Your order was successfully delivered and because we paid for a rush too, it was delivered before your cruise and you had it in plenty of time. I'm unsure why we were never able to communicate via email with each other as we sent you multiple messages about this order. On behalf of USPS we again apologize for the troubles.

I put these in after I use my curling iron to hold the waves then take them out before i leave the house !! Love em
