Not only is the the scrunchies adorable and well made, when there was a problem, it was resolved almost instantly. the scrunch was replaced in just a couple of days. Thank you for exceptional service!

WAY smaller than advertised. I wanted something to put all my toiletries in for vacation, and most of them (standard size bottles) won't fit. Extremely disappointed.
