Just way too small

I tried to fill this to make ice, and the inside cup wouldn’t stay down! The water made it float. I asked the seller about a refund, and they were very nice, but I was told it may not be worth it to shop it back because of how expensive shipping was. The low stars are for the product, not the seller.

No instructions, but did respond after my review by email with instructions.

I LOVE this bag! Perfect size for camper trips! I hope they become available again because I have a few friends that want to order some of these!

The concept of this is great, but the product itself leaves something to be desired. The water pools at the bottom, so often I get a big chunk of ice, even if I push the cup down. The ice is someone difficult to get out of the mold and cleanly into the cup regardless of it being silicone. Lastly, because it is silicone, the lid does not stay on. I will keep using this because I love the idea of it, but the product does needs some further engineering.

It seems pretty cool, but it smells terrible. Hope I can get the smell out.

Thought it was a great idea....really a piece of crap....tried making ice twice and ugh...the water pools at the bottom between the outside silicone thing and the interior ice holder.......what a waste of money.☹️
