Very helpful for my heels! Took pressure off and I had a terrible crack!
They feel awkward at first but they’re very comfortable and it’s nice to have the padding standing barefoot frequently.
Wish some Instructions would have come with this product. I have no idea how to use them.

Super cool can’t wait to use them:) I did try them on a plate and they do slide on — will be perfect when my kiddos need their ketchup or I need to have room for my food lol
