The process is a little messy, but just open it over the sink and it’ll wash away. I’ve used it 5 times and I see a noticeable difference! I didn’t brush my teeth when I was a kid, and with other whitening treatments my teeth get translucent looking (I think it’s the enamel that is weak). This treatment doesn’t do that to me and I’m so happy to have found this!
