Don’t secure as tight as I’d hoped
So disappointed in this pen...it says "talking pen" but doesn't tell you that in order for it to talk, you must add batteries (which i am yet to find, two days before Christmas). This was going to be a great gift but now it is causing much stress and so not worth it!!!!!

Ordered these as a Christmas gift on December 3rd and they didn’t ship until December 20th. Now I won’t have it in time to give.

Unfortunately these things happen from time to time that are our of our control. I ordered these on Dec 7th and still have not gotten them! They were supposed to be a Christmas present and now I'll have to go get a last minute gift. Not happy at all!!
This customers order shipped on time and was delivered on the 22nd (on time)! .....It's even delivered in time for Christmas! Everything looks great from our end. We tried to reach out to her several times about her negative review with no response. If she has any questions she's more then welcome to reply to our emails!
