Caution, bag does NOT look as pictured, though it does measure as as the fine print description says. The bag is much much larger than the cute picture. Why have pictures that don’t match up to the description? And the straps are black, not brown as pictured. Also, $6 shipping for the item to arrive longer than 2 weeks...? I should have paid closer attention. I would do my best not to purchase from this misleading seller in the future.

The small bag was so tiny, I literally opened the package went to unzip the small bag and the zipper broke as I grabbed it, such poor quality. Was the thinnest metal ever. The clear bag was smeared with some sort of stain on it. Very disappointing overall.

Works well enough, i should have paid more attention to how many came in a pack...not as many as pictured. My hair is normal thickness and i would have needed to order 2 packs for my hair to actually curl.
