Bella's Bowtique was amazing to work with. When my originally requested color was not available they quickly contacted me to find a replacement. Then the package was damaged during shipping and returned to Bella's Bowtique. They quickly let me know what happened and sent a replacement package. After waiting a while for this package to arrive I contacted them and was informed that it had been sent. Instead of having me wait for it to arrive, they quickly overnighted another package at no charge. They definitely went above and beyond, especially when the shipping problems were out of their control. The towels work great and are exactly what we needed for an upcoming family vacation. They will also be useful for activities in the summer.
