Ordered on 11/16. Was supposed to ship within 7 days and it’s still not showing any activity.
VERY slow shipping! I ordered two weeks ago and it still shows it is “processing”

Looks great, but actually useless. We used it for the first time on New Years Eve, and it bent as we tried to open a bottle of bubbly. The metal is way too soft to actually be used as a bottle opener. I guess it will become a paperweight on my husbands desk. Super disappointed in the quality.
