I received my face shields yesterday and brought them to work to use. When I took out one of the frames, I noticed one of the ear pieces wasn't right. Upon a closer look, it seems during assembly the wrong side ear piece was attached So, on the right side, the part that goes behind the ear, is curved up, while the left is curved down like normal. .
